I will also seek to help any earthbound or trapped souls and spirits, or residual imprints of previous occupants. I will communicate with them psychically to first ask they have any message to pass on, or anything they want or need to do before they leave. Angels will receive them into the loving light and accompany them so they can pass on to where they are intended to be. If you are buying or selling a home, a thorough energy clearing is an excellent idea. If you are selling, you will give your home a more positive energy. If you are buying, or moving into a new rental, you will be moving into a much more positive environment from the start. Properties with negative energies are often more difficult to sell or rent out.

The clearing session will be conducted within 72 hours of purchase and receiving your completed personalisation form (excluding weekends). You do not need to do anything or be available while the clearing takes place. Following completion of the clearing, a report in PDF format will be delivered to your chosen email address as provided in the purchase order/personalisation form. The report is a list of the energies that have been cleared and healed, and the protections that have been put in place. I ask that you are accepting and open to receiving the full clearing, healing and protection process. Any resistance or negative thoughts by any of the residents (or others listed in the personalisation form) can block the process from being fully effective. In addition, if you have any reservations about clearing these energies, you might unintentionally invite them back in.
